Every clean: bins, bathrooms, kitchen, high touch surfaces, floors. Consumables topped up.
Weekly: glass doors, skirting, desks where you want them done, and a proper scrub of the bathrooms.
Every three months: windows.
Every six months: carpets. Foot traffic does the damage long before carpet looks dirty.
When it is due: strip and reseal the hard floors. Busy sites might need it twice a year.
