Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Many of our products are chemicals, so we cannot send them overseas. Every item has its own shipping price, set by its weight, its size and how far it is going, the way Australia Post prices a parcel, so two of something cost twice the shipping of one. Enter your postcode in the cart and you see the total before you pay.
Free shipping
An order ships free when it is:
- Delivered to Queensland
- Order of $200 or more before shipping
- Order weighs 5kg or less
Free shipping terms
- Free shipping only applies to an order that meets every condition above.
- The order total is counted before shipping.
- Weight is counted the way Australia Post counts it: the actual weight or the box size, whichever is more.
- An order outside these conditions pays normal shipping, and your cart shows the price before you pay.
- Free shipping goes by Australia Post standard parcel.
- We can change or end free shipping at any time. An order already paid for keeps the shipping price shown at checkout.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or wrong, call 0447 050 393 or email craig@ccgtservices.com.au and we will sort it out. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days, and you pay the return freight. Opened chemicals cannot be returned for safety reasons. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
